Job Description :

Responsible for transforming the performance and work closely with the department head of Consumer Food Sector while drive the sales team  towards the set commitments through distributor management, market development and invetory management by alinning to company rules/regulations.

Job Responsibilities :

Assess and transform the challenges faced in the sales Team provide details to the top management 
Monitor the sales program on the ground across all domestic sales channels and pinpoint ways to penetrate new markets
Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
Provide daily report of field sales success and communicate to the superiors

Qualifications :

Degree / Diploma specialized in Marketing or Equivalent Professional Qualification.
MBA Would be added Qualification 

Pre-requisites :

8+ years of Experience in FMCG / HORECA Sector – Seafood /Poultry/Red meat Category would be an added advantage
Track record of superior performance metrics with a proven achievement of monthly sales targets in HORECA Segment along with creative and next level thinking mind set
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong decision-making and presentation abilities
Excellent knowledge and familiarity with FMCG sector consumer behavior Ability to work under pressure and meeting shorter dead lines
Flexibility to work long hours and including holidays on demand
Excellent leadership with strong commitment, work ethics and self-motivation to thrive in a challenging environment.
