Job Description :
Sells products by implementing national sales plans; supervising regional sales managers while establishing and adjusting selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop new sales/marketing strategies and add strength to the Sales Team to achieve annual budgeted sales targets effectively,
- Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plans to approach and secure new business for the Company,
- Establish performance goals for all sales staff, and monitor performance on a continuous basis,
- Coordinate sales operations with all other departments/divisions of the Company,
- Develop and/or maintain and improve business relations with all customers of the Company,
- Be responsible for all Trade Accounts Receivables
- Get involved in Strategic Planning & Budgeting.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing. (The Candidate should possess minimum 4 years experience in senior management level with a proven track record s in the Sales and Marketing field in the IT industry, especially in selling system integration solutions)
- Professional / Academic qualification in IT is essential
- Competency to drive the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and develop sales strategies.
