Job Description :
- Pre-sales Technical Support (minimum 3 years of experience)
- Design, implementation and technical support (minimum 5 years of experience)
Job Responsibilities :
- Solution design, articulation and competitive differentiation (competencies, and technology pre-sales) of Microsoft Configuration & Operations Management using SCCM and/or OMS.
- Solution design, articulation and competitive differentiation (competencies & technology pre-sales) of Mobile Device Management using EMS.
- Solution design for complex infrastructure migrations from on premise to Microsoft Azure (IaaS), including ability to bring design differentiation through methodologies and design.
- Solution design and articulation of Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure in on premise, hybrid and cloud.
- Microsoft Configuration & Operations Management using SCCM and/or OMS.
- Mobile Device Management using EMS.
- Infrastructure design, provisioning and migration to Microsoft Azure (IaaS).
- Server virtualization solutions using Hyper-V.
- Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure in both on premise and cloud environments.
- Windows server (DHCP, NPS, NLB, Clustering etc.).
- Hands on experience in networking, security and server/storage infrastructure .
- Degree in Information Technology or relevant field or equivalent.
- Exposure Office 365, Microsoft Exchange , Azure PaaS delivery model (IIS, SQL Server etc.) would be a definite advantage.
- Team leadership.
- Detailed oriented approach to address technical challenges.
- Advanced Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Customer-centric thinking.
- Inter-team collaboration.
