Our client is a public quoted company with more than 30 years’ of experience in property development. With the rapid expansion of the business they are looking for high caliber individuals to take on the following demanding roles.

Job Description :

Selling products by implimenting sales plan and supervising the sales mangers providing relevent informations about the property developments.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Establishing sales objectives by directing the sales team.
  • Establishing and adjusting selling price by keeping the current supply demands.
  • Developing property field sales action plan by taking the best out of the team members.
  • Contributing to the sales team by accomplishing the related results needed.
  • Develop Strategies to improve sales plan to bring the company profits.

Qualifications :

BSc Degree in Business Administration or any Equivelent field

MBA would be an added advantage.

Pre-requisites :

Previouse experience in High end products and sales services is MUST.

Negotiating power.

Skills in managing Process.

Good communicational abilities.

Experience in the similer capacity.
