Top Local Consulting company providing solutions and services mainly to broadcast and telecommunication industry of South East Asian, Middle Eastern, and African markets and recently they have expand their business to Property Development and Solar Power projects as well. Specialize on radio & television broadcast systems and rigging services. May it be a small FM transmission system, a high power medium wave transmission system, a large scale digital TV roll out, Installation of a tall broadcast tower or a complicated broadcast antenna systems Support and assist our customers with consultations, solutions, system integration, and project management and on site or field services.

Job Description :

Sole responsibilty is to  Lead and Guide a team of sales people and set goals to build sales plan, assign sales targets, mentor the members of the sales team and provide guidence when its necessary to bring in profit to the organization.

 

Job Responsibilities :

  • Heading the business unit of the solar Energy in business development and sales and marketing.
  • Meet and exceed agreed sales targets. 
  • Assist in developing and executing sales targets within target accounts Capture new clients for solutions through our customer-led approach.
  • Develop new sources of business through new channels and customers.
  • Develop approach and toolswhich are required for sales.
  • Assign specific targets for sales individuals to bring profit.
  • Supervise and providerelevent  responsibilities to the sales people

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.

Professional Qualification in Marketing.(SLIM/CIM).

Pre-requisites :

Previouse experience in High end products and sales services.
Three to five years in a sales representative role; within industry preferred.
One year of prior management experience or demonstrated willingness and ability to learn management basics.
Strong Interpersonal skills.
Pre experience working in Electronic base background or equevelent field  would be an added Qualification.
