Job Description :

Develop digital strategies and plans across our client roster. Provide digital leadership for the agency and our client partners. Manage and perform day-to-day execution stemming from digital media plans with support from the department.


Job Responsibilities :

Craft and articulate strategies, compelling points of view, and rationale in client presentations and recommendations, as well as tie and forecast performance to these strategies. Research and gather relevant insights and information for planning digital strategies and execution. Collaborate with the media, account, and creative teams on funnel building to increase opportunities for target engagement and lead generation. Help inform creative strategies and executions by proactively educating on digital platforms to ensure the right message, in the right context, delivering the desired result. Oversee media campaign performance by monitoring pacing, KPIs, opportunities for enhancement, and implementing optimizations including providing dashboards to clients as needed during campaigns. Lead, manage, and develop post-campaign performance reporting to articulate results and insights, present intelligible metrics proving campaign performance, and enhance the value of the client experience. Help ensure processes are in place for quality control relating to campaign deployment, measurement, and outcomes. Build partnerships with external client partners, vendor partners, and internal team members. Stay current with trends, digital/social platforms, and best practices to help maintain the agency’s competency of the digital landscape. Prepare daily/weekly reporting analyses, agendas, and other documentation for client presentations and meetings. Participate in weekly/bi-weekly tactical client calls. Manage client budgets, contracts, and forecasting as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Degree or equivalent media buying/ advertising analyst experience
  • 8+ years' experience working in the digital media buying & planning space with focus a on programmatic strategy and execution 
  • Must have in-platform execution experience pulling the levers in DSP platforms (i.e. Google’s DoubleClick Bid Manager/DV360, Google Preferred, Amazon AAP, TubeMogul, MediaMath, Verizon Media, Facebook Ads Manager) 
  • Experience against various media buying strategies; self-service, managed buyer, partner negotiations 
  • BONUS: Experience with traditional media buying for Brand media 
  • Must love and be curious about data analytics and how that affects the bottom line 
  • Must be passionate about social media and the technologies used to support online and/or mobile advertising operations: ad serving, audience management tools, inventory applications, and third-party ad tags 
  • Experience with digital ads trafficking is required (Atlas, DCM, MediaMind) 
  • BONUS: Experience with Paid Social platforms like Facebook Power Editor & Twitter 
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university 
  • Well-versed in the Microsoft Office suite specifically, Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Professional client communication, both written and verbal 
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities 
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Self-motivated, but also can work well in a team 
  • Ability to proactively organize daily tasks 
  • Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities 
  • Drive, ability to manage details, meticulousness 
  • Enthusiasm for the future of brand advertising on the web and building that future with us
