Roles & Responsibilities

OVERVIEW:

Our client is a leading manufacturer seeking for a CEO who will be responsible for leading the organization by setting strategic direction, overseeing business operations, and driving growth and profitability. The ideal candidate must have a strong foundation in manufacturing/operations and extensive leadership experience in the apparel accessories industry, with a proven track record of business transformation, team development, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Strategic Leadership

  • Define and implement the company’s long-term strategic vision and business objectives.
  • Lead the formulation of short- and long-term strategies to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Work closely with the Board to align organizational priorities with market trends and business opportunities.

2.Operational Management

  • Oversee all aspects of business operations including manufacturing, supply chain, quality assurance, sales & marketing, finance, and HR.
  • Ensure efficient and cost-effective production and delivery of apparel accessories.
  • Monitor operational KPIs to ensure high productivity, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.

3.Manufacturing & Supply Chain Oversight

  • Direct plant and production operations ensuring compliance with global quality and safety standards.
  • Optimize supply chain efficiency, vendor management, and inventory controls.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing and process automation.

4.Financial Performance

  • Develop and manage the annual budget and ensure financial health of the organization.
  • Analyze and report financial performance to stakeholders and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
  • Lead cost-reduction and margin improvement initiatives across departments.

5.Business Development & Client Management

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in local and international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry forums, exhibitions, and strategic meetings.

6.Leadership & Culture

  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Attract, develop, and retain top talent to build strong leadership pipelines.
  • Promote ethical practices, corporate governance, and compliance across the organization.

Pre Requisites

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in the apparel accessories or related manufacturing industries.
  • Strong operational background with at least 5–8 years in senior leadership roles and P&L management.
