Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate the Group’s business initiatives, expansions, capital investments in subsidiaries and JVs, and M&As by carrying out feasibility studies, valuations, due diligence, and periodic review of existing investments
- Oversee the Finance and Accou nting f unction for overseas I nvestment Holding companies of the Group, including adherence to statutory compliance requirements Develop long-term financial projections, financial statement analysis, cash flow managemen t, peer benchmarking, including scenario analysis and sensitivities
- Prepare board papers, presentations, and reports for the senior managem ent and external stakeholders based on business requirements
- Identify and implement process improvements in Corporate Finance f unction, and carry out other activities as may be required in the Function
Pre Requisites
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/ Finance/ Business Management/Mathematics from a recognized university or f ully qualified in Cl MA/ACCA/ICAS L
- CFA or FRM certification will be preferred
- 3 to 4+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, with in-depth knowledge of financial modeli ng, financial statement analysis, valuations, scenario analysis, and investment report writing
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with sound knowledge in MS Office package, Advanced Excel, and Power Bl
