About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Pre-Press Production with strong expertise in offset printing to oversee and manage pre-press operations. The role requires a results-oriented professional who can ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality in all pre-press workflows, while driving continuous improvements to support high-volume, high-standard printing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the end-to-end pre-press production process, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of print-ready files.
- Manage workflows including color separation, proofing, imposition, plate-making, and file management.
- Collaborate with design, production, and press teams to ensure seamless handover from artwork to print.
- Troubleshoot pre-press technical issues and provide guidance to the team.
- Maintain compliance with internal quality systems (ISO standards) and client requirements.

Pre Requisites
- Degree/Diploma in Printing Technology, Graphic Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in offset printing pre-press operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory/assistant managerial role.
- Strong technical knowledge of pre-press workflows, color management, and CTP (Computer-to-Plate) systems.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality outputs under pressure.
