Body Shop Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead and manage national Bodyshop operations across an established aftersales network. This position plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitability across all service workshops throughout the country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Bodyshop operations nationally, ensuring efficient manpower planning, aftersales marketing campaigns, and productivity improvements that contribute to revenue growth and customer loyalty.
• Monitor performance metrics including man-hours sold, productivity rates, parts efficiency, and service appointments to ensure compliance with company policies and performance targets.
• Lead the development of business plans, annual budgets, and monthly forecasts, while managing KPIs across the service network.
• Drive employee development through structured training and performance evaluation programs, fostering a high-performing and learning-driven culture.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with insurance companies and key stakeholders to support sustainable business growth.
• Collaborate with the parts sales and distributor teams to provide actionable market intelligence and decision-making support.
• Manage the day-to-day functional and operational service activities, ensuring smooth workshop performance and a high level of customer satisfaction.
