We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Brand Manager to lead brand development and positioning initiatives within our manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing communications, and consumer behavior, with the ability to translate insights into impactful campaigns. You will oversee brand performance, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms to strengthen market presence and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage brand strategies to enhance market positioning and awareness.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive activities.
- Manage brand communications, advertising, and promotional campaigns across multiple channels.
- Oversee product launches, ensuring alignment with brand identity and target audience expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, R&D, production, supply chain) to drive brand initiatives.
- Monitor brand performance, track KPIs, and prepare reports on brand health and market share.
- Ensure consistent brand guidelines and messaging across all marketing materials.
- Identify opportunities for brand growth and implement innovative strategies to achieve objectives.
Pre Requisites
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related functions, ideally within manufacturing or FMCG.
- Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
