Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience to provide data-driven insights that strengthen recruitment performance, client relationships, and organizational growth. The incumbent will track and analyze individual and team performance within the Talent Acquisition function, evaluate client performance to identify high-value partnerships, and assess business growth trends to support strategic decision-making.
