WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition (TA) team with CV sourcing, candidate shortlisting, and initial screening.
  • Be the go-to bridge between clients, candidates, and our talent team.
  • Support the full recruitment operations cycle, including sourcing candidates, shortlisting, screening, sharing profiles with the TA team, setting up and coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, updating clients, and assisting throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Ensure smooth communication flow between stakeholders to enhance efficiency in hiring and business operations.
  • Support the management in executing talent attraction strategies.

Pre Requisites

  • A degree or diploma in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Fresh grads – welcome aboard! (Up to 1 year of recruitment/ops experience is a plus.)
  • A go-getter mindset with top-notch communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
  • Tech-savvy? Great! Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.
