We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in the automobile sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving the growth of the company through strategic initiatives. This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of the automotive industry, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive market, including OEMs, dealerships, suppliers, and other industry players.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to drive product innovation and differentiation.

Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders such as clients, partners, and suppliers.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Sales & Lead Generation:

  • Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Present and negotiate offers and contracts to secure deals and meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that support lead generation.

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and emerging trends in the automobile industry.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Report on market developments and sales performance to senior management.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Work closely with the product development, engineering, and after-sales service teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Provide feedback from clients to help improve product offerings and service delivery.

Pre Requisites

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the automobile industry (focused on 04 Wheel Vehicles)
  • Strong knowledge of the automobile industry, including market trends, key players, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans and achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
