Roles & Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the two-wheel and three-wheel vehicle industry.
  • Analyze market potential and recommend new product opportunities, partnerships, and areas for business expansion.
  • Monitor and report on industry developments, customer preferences, and emerging technologies.
  • Business Development & Lead Generation:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new clients, distributors, dealers, and strategic partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders in the two-wheel and three-wheel vehicle markets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share in both domestic and international markets.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth:
  • Drive sales performance by achieving individual and team targets for vehicle sales, service contracts, and related products.
  • Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering customized solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure their satisfaction with products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge & Training:
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s two-wheel and three-wheel vehicles, as well as any aftermarket products or services.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients, dealers, and internal teams on product features, specifications, and selling points.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking:
  • Track sales performance, revenue generation, and key business development metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on sales activities, pipeline status, and new business development efforts.

Pre Requisites

  • Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of business development experience in the two-wheel and/or three-wheel vehicle industry (manufacturing, sales, or distribution).
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of the two-wheel and three-wheel vehicle markets, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, develop new business, and close sales.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with vehicle specifications, features, and technical requirements of two-wheel and three-wheel vehicles.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
