Analyze market potential and recommend new product opportunities, partnerships, and areas for business expansion.
Monitor and report on industry developments, customer preferences, and emerging technologies.
Business Development & Lead Generation:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new clients, distributors, dealers, and strategic partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders in the two-wheel and three-wheel vehicle markets.
Develop and implement strategies to increase market share in both domestic and international markets.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
Drive sales performance by achieving individual and team targets for vehicle sales, service contracts, and related products.
Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with new and existing clients.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and product launches.
Customer Relationship Management:
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering customized solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure their satisfaction with products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Product Knowledge & Training:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s two-wheel and three-wheel vehicles, as well as any aftermarket products or services.
Conduct training sessions for clients, dealers, and internal teams on product features, specifications, and selling points.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
Track sales performance, revenue generation, and key business development metrics.
Prepare regular reports for management on sales activities, pipeline status, and new business development efforts.
Pre Requisites
Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of business development experience in the two-wheel and/or three-wheel vehicle industry (manufacturing, sales, or distribution).
Knowledge: Strong understanding of the two-wheel and three-wheel vehicle markets, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, develop new business, and close sales.
Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Technical Understanding: Familiarity with vehicle specifications, features, and technical requirements of two-wheel and three-wheel vehicles.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
