Role Overview:

The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in enhancing the business growth by engaging with clients, promoting the brand, and supporting marketing initiatives. The role involves meeting prospective customers, building strong relationships, and participating in events such as product launches, promotions, and roadshows. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development from industries such as automobiles, electronics, lifestyle, mobile phones, real estate, or cosmetics.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Sales:

  • Welcome and interact with customers , understand their requirements, and suggest suitable products.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Drive sales by effectively presenting product features, benefits, and unique selling propositions.
  • Proactively generate leads and follow up to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.

Marketing & Promotional Activities:

  • Participate in and support product launches, marketing campaigns, and showroom promotions.
  • Represent the brand at roadshows, exhibitions, and customer engagement events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and optimize promotional activities.

Reporting & Coordination:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and customer insights to the sales manager.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and excellent after-sales service.

Pre Requisites

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
  • Prior experience in industries such as automobiles, electronics, lifestyle, mobile phones, property, or cosmetics is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Enthusiasm for the automobile industry and willingness to learn about products and trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
