We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive who can open doors with major industrial players and large enterprises. This role focuses on industrial marketing and high-value B2B sales identifying prospects, presenting solutions, and securing significant contracts. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator who thrives on pitching to senior decision-makers and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Industrial Marketing & Client Acquisition: Identify and target large manufacturing, engineering, and distribution companies to expand the customer base.
- High-Impact Presentations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and boardroom-level pitches that highlight technical advantages and ROI.
- Sales Conversion: Negotiate and close deals with key accounts, turning qualified leads into long-term partnerships.
- Market Intelligence: Research industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging sectors to uncover new opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Build strong, trust-based relationships with procurement teams, engineers, and senior executives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical, production, and marketing teams to tailor proposals and ensure seamless project handover.
Pre Requisites
- 1–2+ years of B2B sales, industrial marketing, or business development—preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Proven success pitching and selling to large corporate or industrial clients.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Professional marketing qualification (SLIM/CIM) or a degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering is an advantage.
- Self-driven, energetic, and willing to travel extensively to meet customers and close deals.
