🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all operational aspects across the property—from reservations, check-in/check-out, and guest services to housekeeping, maintenance, and inventory management.
  • Drive digital marketing, online presence, and booking engine performance to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor policies, SOPs, and service standards to ensure operational excellence.
  • Oversee budgets, forecasts, procurement, vendor relations, and cost control to optimize profitability.
  • Manage guest relations, handle complaints, and ensure consistent luxury experiences.
  • Build strategic partnerships and represent the property at industry forums, travel fairs, and networking events.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and marketing.
  • Champion sustainability, community engagement, and responsible tourism initiatives.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for service innovation and operational efficiency.

Pre Requisites

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
  • 5–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or operations within hospitality, serviced apartments, or tourism.
  • Proven expertise in managing day-to-day operations in luxury or boutique hospitality settings.
  • Strong understanding of inbound tourism markets, guest expectations, and luxury standards.
  • Hands-on experience with PMS, booking engines, digital marketing, and revenue management tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for elevating guest experiences, driving service excellence, and implementing sustainable practices.
