Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven finance leader to join a leading manufacturing company as Chief Financial Officer. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire finance function of the Sri Lanka operations, providing strategic direction, ensuring compliance, driving efficiency, and enabling sustainable business growth. This role requires strong leadership, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to partner with senior management to make critical business decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage the finance function, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements in line with Sri Lankan laws and international accounting standards.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and cost structures to optimize financial performance.
• Provide strategic financial insights to the Board and senior management for effective decision-making.
• Oversee internal controls, risk management, and corporate governance practices.
• Manage and mentor finance teams to drive performance and continuous improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business expansion, new projects, and operational excellence.
• Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, regulators, and tax authorities.
