Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and upscale our business in the USA market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing business volumes of USD 250-350 million and extensive experience in handling top-tier USA clients across diverse apparel categories, including Shirts, Pants & T-Shirts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to expand the company’s footprint in the USA market.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key USA clients, ensuring long-term business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through innovative marketing and sales strategies.
- Oversee market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and trend forecasting to align offerings with evolving market demands.
- Collaborate with design, production, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless order execution and timely delivery.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team to achieve strategic objectives.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
Pre Requisites
Key Requirements
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in marketing and business development within the apparel manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record in handling business volumes of USD 250-350 million, specifically in the USA market.
- Strong expertise in both knits and woven apparel categories.
- Excellent understanding of the USA retail and wholesale market landscape, compliance standards, and client expectations.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently to the USA for client interactions and business expansion.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
