As an Executive Client Servicing, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational efficiency, optimizing performance metrics, and leveraging client data insights to drive strategic decision-making. Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support: You would likely be responsible for managing the interview’ calendars, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing travel arrangements.
2. Client Interaction: As a business coordinator, you might interact with clients, both local and overseas, assisting with their inquiries, scheduling interviews, and maintaining positive relationships.
3. Project Coordination: Coordinating the various stages of executive search projects, which could involve managing candidate databases, tracking the progress of searches, and ensuring that all relevant documentation is properly maintained.
4. Event and Meeting Planning: Assisting in the planning and organization of events, conferences, and meetings related to executive search activities.
5. Market Research: Conducting research on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential candidate pools to provide valuable insights to the senior team.
6. Database Management: Maintaining and updating candidate and client databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
7. Documentation: Drafting, editing, and proofreading documents, including contracts, reports, and other materials related to the executive search process.
8. Supporting Operations: Assisting in various operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the executive search process, such as coordinating with external service providers, managing office supplies, and overseeing administrative processes.
