Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership Development:
- Lead the development of strategic partnerships through compelling proposal preparation.
- Facilitate effective meetings to foster and solidify alliances.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
Innovation Project Management:
- Drive innovation projects from concept to implementation, utilizing project management skills to streamline processes and accelerate timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Industry Trend Analysis:
- Stay updated with industry trends and partnership developments.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and inform decision-making.
Support to EXCO and Senior Leadership:
- Provide comprehensive support for Exco.
- Prepare meticulous meeting materials, agendas, and presentations.
- Act as an effective communication liaison on related matters.
Pre Requisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role with a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships.
- Excellent command of the English language (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Strong team player with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Superior organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Proven experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions.
