Job Brief
Roles & Responsibilities
- Partner with Vendors & Suppliers to explore new opportunities in Automation, Sustainability & Packaging [Flexible & Structural]
- Partner Sales Teams to close the loop in the sales process, i.e. opportunity qualification, relationship building, due diligence and requirements gathering, demonstration, RFPs, NDAs and Deal Closure
- Resolves Technical Issues arising during the Sales Engagement
- Work with Project Streams in Developing Factory Solutions and ensuring successful project delivery
- Engaged with the market and understanding key competitors/alternatives
- Building key relationships with Vendors & Suppliers to Innovate, Explore & Partner. [Bottom Up & Up Bottom]
- Commercial Lead to maintain Service Levels at all Vendor Solutions
- Build a visit plan and spearhead initiatives to meeting Factory Level Key Leaders to explore opportunities
- Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements. Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests
- Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule
- Prepares cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents
- Determines improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment; engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services
- Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements
- Develops customer’s staff by providing technical information and training
- Complies with legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; advising customer on product, service, or equipment adherence to requirements; advising customer on needed actions
- Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops & reviewing professional publications
- Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build a Sales Pipeline in the Apparel Industry for Solution Sales
- Build a Sales Pipeline for Export Oriented Industries for Solution Sales
- Identify Partnership Opportunities in with Key Vendors [Mega & Large]
- Introduce updates/new application methods and products at customer sites
- Responsible to convert Exterior Embellishment to new business
- Responsible for Exterior Embellishment AOP
- Adhere to/support the ISO 9001/2000 procedures
- Support and maintain the health and Safety standards in the company
- Adhere to/Support & follow the Environmental Management system
Pre Requisites
- NDT/CITY & Guilds/University degree in Engineering or Equivalent Qualification/Competency
- Excellent focus on Customers and Market
