Job Brief

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Partner with Vendors & Suppliers to explore new opportunities in Automation, Sustainability & Packaging [Flexible & Structural]
  • Partner Sales Teams to close the loop in the sales process, i.e. opportunity qualification, relationship building, due diligence and requirements gathering, demonstration, RFPs, NDAs and Deal Closure
  • Resolves Technical Issues arising during the Sales Engagement
  • Work with Project Streams in Developing Factory Solutions and ensuring successful project delivery
  • Engaged with the market and understanding key competitors/alternatives
  • Building key relationships with Vendors & Suppliers to Innovate, Explore & Partner. [Bottom Up & Up Bottom]
  • Commercial Lead to maintain Service Levels at all Vendor Solutions
  • Build a visit plan and spearhead initiatives to meeting Factory Level Key Leaders to explore opportunities
  • Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements. Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests
  • Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule
  • Prepares cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents
  • Determines improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment; engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services
  • Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements
  • Develops customer’s staff by providing technical information and training
  • Complies with legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; advising customer on product, service, or equipment adherence to requirements; advising customer on needed actions
  • Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops & reviewing professional publications
  • Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed


  1. Build a Sales Pipeline in the Apparel Industry for Solution Sales
  2. Build a Sales Pipeline for Export Oriented Industries for Solution Sales
  3. Identify Partnership Opportunities in with Key Vendors [Mega & Large]
  4. Introduce updates/new application methods and products at customer sites
  5. Responsible to convert Exterior Embellishment to new business
  6. Responsible for Exterior Embellishment AOP
  7. Adhere to/support the ISO 9001/2000 procedures
  8. Support and maintain the health and Safety standards in the company
  9. Adhere to/Support & follow the Environmental Management system

Pre Requisites

  1. NDT/CITY & Guilds/University degree in Engineering or Equivalent Qualification/Competency
  2. Excellent focus on Customers and Market
  3. Problem Solving, Product Knowledge, Selling to Customer Needs, Software Requirements, Product Development, Presentation Skills, General Programming Skills, Technical Understanding, Verbal Communication, Requirements Analysis, Innovation
