Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Consultant will play a vital role in expanding Career141’s client base by devising and executing innovative digital marketing strategies aimed at international markets. This position focuses on building relationships and creatively engaging potential clients to promote our executive search services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns to attract international clients and enhance brand visibility.
- Identify target markets and create tailored strategies to engage potential clients through various digital channels.
- Utilize social media, email marketing, and content marketing to generate leads and drive interest in Career141’s services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies and stay ahead in the executive search landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and industry professionals through networking and outreach initiatives.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights to continuously improve effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding in all marketing materials.
- Explore partnerships and affiliate opportunities to enhance market reach and visibility.
Pre Requisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on client acquisition in international markets.
- Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to conceptualize and implement innovative marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
