Director Finance

OVERVIEW:

Our client is a leading apparel manufacturer seeking for a Director Finance, you will play a critical role in leading the financial strategy and operations of the organization you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and reporting functions across the entire group of companies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives. Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and senior management team.
• Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling. Provide insightful analysis to support decision-making and drive business growth.
• Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks and opportunities. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the company’s financial assets and optimize performance.
• Treasury Management: Oversee cash flow planning and management, including banking relationships, liquidity management, and capital allocation. Monitor and optimize working capital to support business operations and growth initiatives.
• Tax and Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements. Work closely with external auditors and tax advisors to manage tax planning, filings, and audits effectively.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing finance team. Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to finance professionals within the organization.
• M&A and Strategic Initiatives: Support mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives from a financial perspective. Conduct financial due diligence, assess valuation, and support integration efforts as needed.
