Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic professional Enterprise Sales Manager to spearhead new business growth and client acquisition within the built environment sector. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, driving end-to-end sales cycles, and cultivating long-term client partnerships across Singapore and the wider APAC region.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Drive new business generation through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship development with potential clients.
  2. Partner with the Pre-Sales and Solutions teams to develop tailored proposals and strategic engagement plans.
  3. Manage the complete sales process — from lead identification and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
  4. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline aligned with revenue objectives.
  5. Execute account-level business development strategies for high-potential clients.
  6. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and business insights to senior leadership.
  7. Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the built environment space.

Pre Requisites

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is required.
  • A Master’s degree (MBA) or postgraduate qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Strategy will be an advantage.
  • Strong connections in the built environment sector in Singapore (regional exposure across APAC is advantageous).
  • Demonstrated success in securing mid-to-large-scale projects or product sales
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in enterprise services, consulting, or solution-based sales.
  • Strong command of solution selling methodologies, including pipeline management and value-based selling.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
