Event Manager

Our client is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Manager with proven experience in managing end-to-end events for corporate and brand clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events, ensuring seamless operations from logistics to stakeholder management while delivering memorable experiences that align with client objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Event Planning & Execution

• Manage end-to-end event planning, from concept development, budgeting, and vendor coordination to on-ground execution.
• Ensure smooth logistics including venue arrangements, equipment setup, catering, travel, and accommodation where required.
• Coordinate with internal creative and client servicing teams to align event activities with brand and campaign goals.

2.Stakeholder & Client Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, participants, and key stakeholders before, during, and after events.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
• Provide regular progress updates and post-event reports.

3.Team & Vendor Coordination

• Supervise event support staff, freelancers, and volunteers as needed.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements at all events.

4.On-site Management

• Take ownership of event-day coordination, ensuring smooth execution and quick problem resolution.
• Oversee event flow, participant engagement, and quality control throughout the event.

5.Post-Event Activities

• Conduct debriefing sessions, collect feedback, and measure event success against KPIs.
• Maintain records of expenses, invoices, and evaluations for continuous improvement.
