Role Overview
The Executive – Embellishment Technical will be responsible for driving technical performance, process compliance, and profitability objectives within the embellishment function. This role will lead supplier quality initiatives, manage technical performance, resolve quality issues, and oversee continuous improvement projects. The position also involves leading the QA & Technical team to ensure best practices are implemented across operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive quality performance for embellishment by monitoring supplier quality, resolving quality issues, and implementing improvement initiatives.
- Manage QA & Technical processes, including supplier sign-offs, supplier evaluation, process compliance, and profitability improvements.
- Lead supplier quality initiatives through supplier evaluations, quality audits, and improvement projects.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to achieve functional and operational objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Embellishment QA & Technical team of executives and staff.
Pre Requisites
- Degree/Diploma in Clothing Technology, Pattern Making, or a related field.
- 1–2+ years of relevant experience in Fabric Technology, Garment Dyeing or Embellishment with strong R&D knowledge.
- Solid understanding of quality management, process compliance, and supplier management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
