General Manager Operations

Our client is a leading medical product manufacturer seeking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager – Operations to oversee and optimize manufacturing operations within the cosmetics or gloves manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects, driving manufacturing excellence, and ensuring operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Develop and implement strategic operational plans in alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead initiatives to optimize production efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality standards.

2.Manufacturing Operations Management:

• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing processes, including production, quality control, and supply chain management.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards specific to the cosmetics or gloves manufacturing industry.

3.Project Management:

• Manage large-scale projects, including facility expansions, new product launches, and technology upgrades.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure successful delivery.

4.Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of professionals, including production managers, quality control experts, and engineers.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

5.Operational Excellence:

• Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, waste reduction, and cost control.
• Evaluate and enhance supply chain and logistics operations to ensure timely delivery.

6.Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and sales, to support business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
