1.Operations Management:

• Oversee the entire production process of knit products, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, including staffing, equipment, and workflow management.

2.Production Planning:

• Collaborate with the production team to create and manage production schedules, ensuring alignment with sales forecasts and customer demand.
• Monitor and adjust production plans as needed to meet market requirements and minimize downtime.

3.Quality Control:

• Establish and enforce stringent quality control measures throughout the production process.
