Your Role:
As the General Manager – Quality (Woven), you will spearhead the quality management function across woven garment manufacturing operations. You will take ownership of quality assurance processes, systems, and audits, with a strong focus on buyer SOP adherence and continuous improvement in woven and denim categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the entire quality control and assurance function for woven garments.
- Ensure 100% adherence to global buyer standards, quality manuals, and SOPs.
- Implement robust quality systems and defect prevention strategies.
- Analyze root causes of quality deviations and implement preventive measures.
- Train, coach, and develop the quality team to uphold high-performance standards.
- Liaise with production, merchandising, and technical teams for smooth execution.
- Engage in regular buyer audits and ensure high AQL pass rates across styles.

Pre Requisites
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Textile Technology, Garment Manufacturing, or a relevant discipline.
- 10+ years of quality experience in woven apparel, with a strong background in denim or woven garments (minimum 75%).
- Minimum 5 years in a senior managerial or GM-level quality leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of woven garment construction, finishing, and global quality benchmarks.
- Excellent leadership, people management, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication and buyer handling experience.
