Our client, a leading multinational in the Information Technology sector, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of People and Culture to lead the organization’s HR transformation journey. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping company culture, driving talent strategy, and aligning people initiatives with business goals to foster a high-performing, future-ready organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the People & Culture function by designing and executing HR strategies that drive engagement, performance, and organizational growth.
- Oversee Organizational Development, Succession Planning, Compensation & Benefits, and Employer Branding initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership to shape and sustain a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven culture.
- Provide strategic guidance to HR teams and business leaders on talent management, leadership development, and change management.
- Drive innovative people practices and digital HR solutions to strengthen organizational capability and employee experience.
Pre Requisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Law, or a related field; a Master’s qualification is an added advantage.
- Proven experience in People & Culture leadership, with solid exposure to Organizational Development, Succession Planning, Compensation & Benefits, and Employer Branding within any industry.
- Prior experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be considered a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cultural transformation, leadership development, and employee engagement across diverse teams.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, capable of leading organizational change.
