Our client, a prestigious multinational hotel chain, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee all aspects of operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance while maintaining a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and international hospitality standards.
- Develop, train, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a positive and service-oriented culture.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to continuously improve satisfaction and service levels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and corporate management.
- Implement operational policies, procedures, and systems to achieve efficiency and service excellence.
Pre Requisites
- Minimum 7 years’ progressive experience within the hospitality sector, including leadership roles.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with proven ability to lead diverse teams.
- Solid background in hotel operations, budgeting, and ensuring service excellence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; exposure to international standards is an added advantage.
