Roles & Responsibilities
The MIS Analyst will play a pivotal role in analyzing and improving the performance metrics of the organization. The position involves overseeing the collection, organization, and analysis of business data, with a particular focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the efficiency and effectiveness of various business processes within the organization.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports, providing insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather data and ensure data accuracy and integrity for performance analysis.
- Identify trends and patterns in data that impact the company’s operational performance and suggest improvements.
- Support decision-making by providing actionable insights derived from data analysis.
- Design and implement automated reporting tools and systems to improve data accessibility and usability.
- Work closely with the production and operations teams to ensure data from the denim and woven product lines are accurately captured and analyzed.
- Lead data-driven projects that align with the strategic goals of the organization.
- Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data in accordance with company policies.
Pre Requisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in an MIS or performance analyst role, within any manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of developing insights from data and creating actionable reports.
- Experience working with denim and woven products is a significant advantage.
