Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a leading manufacturing company seeking for a Manager Business Analysis who will be responsible for driving business performance through data-driven insights, process improvements, and strategic analysis. With a strong foundation in finance and hands-on exposure to the manufacturing industry, this role will bridge financial expertise with operational excellence. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in translating complex business requirements into actionable solutions that enhance efficiency, profitability, and decision-making across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Business & Financial Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial and operational data to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Translate financial insights into actionable recommendations for manufacturing operations.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling aligned with production and supply chain goals.
  • Evaluate project feasibility, ROI, and cost optimization initiatives.

2.Manufacturing Process Support

  • Analyze and streamline end-to-end manufacturing processes including production, supply chain, and inventory management.
  • Partner with operations teams to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure alignment between financial objectives and manufacturing KPIs.

3.Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a bridge between finance, manufacturing, IT, and leadership teams.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and documentation of business requirements.
  • Provide leadership with timely insights and reports to guide strategic decisions.

5.Project & Change Management

  • Lead business analysis initiatives for ERP, BI tools, and system implementations.
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and scope.
  • Support change management and UAT activities to ensure successful adoption.

6.Leadership & Team Development

  • Mentor and guide a team of business analysts or cross-functional project teams.
  • Promote collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement.

Pre Requisites

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (mandatory).
  • Professional qualifications such as CIMA, ACCA, CFA, or CBAP are highly desirable.
  • 7–10 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership/managerial role.
  • Proven experience working in the manufacturing industry with exposure to finance processes.
