You will play a pivotal role in driving organizational culture, ensuring legal and statutory compliance, and fostering a productive, safe, and engaging workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management / Factory HR

  • Lead Factory HR operations for both blue-collar and white-collar employees across all manufacturing facilities.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent in the factory environment.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems, training & development programs, and employee engagement initiatives to enhance workforce capability.
  • Ensure accurate payroll administration, compensation, and benefits management in full compliance with statutory regulations.

General Affairs Oversight

  • Supervise general administration across multiple manufacturing units, ensuring efficient support functions.
  • Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Oversee facility management, transportation, canteen, and security operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
  • Develop and enforce company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all business units.

Legal & Compliance

  • Handle all industrial relations and legal compliance, including labor law adherence and statutory obligations.
  • Liaise with government and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary licenses, approvals, and renewals.
  • Provide guidance on disciplinary actions, grievances, and compliance-related issues in alignment with organizational and legal frameworks.

Pre Requisites

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR leadership, preferably with Factory HR / Manufacturing HR exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and industrial relations.
  • Proven experience managing multi-plant operations and large-scale workforces.
  • Excellent English communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Navi Mumbai.
