Job Brief
Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute daily operation plan to achieve productivity KPIs, perform daily RM and FG reconciliations, Man Power cadre management & service level requirements
- Maintain the production cost within the budget achieving the productivity targets
- Monitor profitability and lead team to have profitable business
- Coordinating with client and ensuring the customer satisfaction
- Planning the production considering the production capacity based on guidelines given by customer
- Allocate the daily operation responsibilities to executive staff and timely monitor the achievement of given targets.
- Planning the resource requirement based on production forecast given by customers.
- Allocation of new operation plans to relevant staff members and ensure the proper implementation
- Ensure 100% compliance to quality, SOPs and other standards and requirements communicated by client implementing the same in the production floor with the guidance of process and compliance department.
- Prepare management reports and customer presentations on time and sharing with department head and top management as required
- Identify and set KPIs at production floor and ensure the same achieved by relevant staff members
- Ensure the discipline of staff is maintained on the production floor by communicating any disciplinary issues to HR department and Labour supplier and taking relevant disciplinary actions.

Pre Requisites
Technical and other Skills
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Power Point
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Excellent people management skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
Specific Experience
- 2 years’ experience managing VAS & 3PL warehouse operations
