RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth and market share.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure high performance and innovation.
- Oversee brand management, product marketing, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and product development teams to ensure a seamless market approach.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize ROI on marketing investments.

Pre Requisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role within a manufacturing or FMCG company.
