As a .NET Architect, you will design and oversee scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications within the Microsoft .NET ecosystem. Collaborating with engineering leads and stakeholders, you’ll define architectural standards, guide technical decisions, and ensure best practices across development teams. Your leadership will drive system performance, maintainability, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions leveraging proven design patterns and architectural principles.
- Develop clean, efficient, well-tested, and well-documented code adhering to defined standards and specifications.
- Collaborate on architectural design and technical solutioning to ensure alignment with enterprise system objectives.
- Partner with product managers and engineering leads to translate business requirements into technical specifications and oversee end-to-end delivery.
- Conduct comprehensive code reviews and provide actionable feedback to enhance code quality and maintain consistency.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers on technical challenges, architectural best practices, and coding standards.
- Champion quality-driven engineering by enforcing QA processes, testing frameworks, and advancing automation and CI/CD adoption.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, promoting innovation and knowledge sharing across the engineering community.
Skills & Competencies
- Proven track record in delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions on time.
- Strong proficiency in C#/.NET and object-oriented design principles.
- Extensive experience in architecting complex, secure, and high-performance systems.
- Deep expertise in designing microservices and event-driven architectures (Azure Service Bus, Functions, Web Apps).
- Hands-on experience with RESTful and asynchronous APIs.
- Solid understanding of cloud-native solution development and CI/CD (Azure DevOps, YAML).
- Skilled in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and database optimization (Azure SQL, Cosmos DB).
- Proven leadership with strong collaboration and communication abilities.
Pre Requisites
- 5+ years of progressive experience in software development.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering complex software projects.
- In-depth knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and system integration.
- Deep expertise in debugging, performance optimisation, and scalability considerations.
- Strong ability to mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
