Key Requirements:
- A degree or professional qualification in Manufacturing, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in production management, preferably in the FMCG or food & beverage industry.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing principles, lean practices, and production planning.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive performance.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and production data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production reporting tools.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication in English and Sinhala
