Production Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Production Manager to join a leading apparel manufacturing company based in Bangladesh. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with deep experience in managing end-to-end production operations, particularly in outerwear garments such as jackets. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-quality output, ensuring production efficiency, and meeting delivery deadlines across apparel lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, lead, and optimize daily production schedules to meet company goals and client timelines.
• Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards.
• Manage manpower, materials, and machinery efficiently to drive productivity.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement, Planning, and Quality Control teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Track production metrics, identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot operational issues, and report performance insights to senior management.
