We are hiring a skilled Production Manager for a leading packaging company in the African region. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage the production process, ensuring efficient operations, quality control, and timely delivery products such as notebooks, diaries, and related materials.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, organize, and supervise production schedules to meet company targets.
- Oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring quality standards are consistently met.
- Manage resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, for optimal efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and quality control, to ensure seamless operations.
- Analyze production data and generate reports for management review.
Pre Requisites
- Bachelor’s Degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in manufacturing processes for products like notebooks and diaries.
- Strong understanding of packaging materials, machinery, and production techniques.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
