Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer

OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Assurance and Control Engineer to join our client, a leading packaging manufacturing company based in Dubai. This position offers an exciting opportunity for professionals with expertise in quality assurance for plastic-related molding processes. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring product quality, compliance with industry standards, and continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement quality assurance procedures throughout the production process.
• Perform inspections, audits, and tests on materials and products to guarantee compliance with specifications and standards.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve quality-related issues during the manufacturing process.
• Use statistical process control (SPC) methods and tools to monitor and improve product quality.
• Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to improve production techniques and overall product quality.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and compliance certifications.
• Review and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts and propose corrective actions when necessary.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control measures and best practices.
