Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced and results-driven SAP Project Manager to lead and oversee SAP-related initiatives, including implementations, upgrades, and module integrations. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and aligning SAP solutions with business objectives to drive operational efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP project lifecycle, from planning to execution and delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Oversee SAP system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations with other business systems.
- Prepare detailed project plans, define timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to end-users for SAP systems and processes.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and best practices in SAP project management.
- Collaborate with functional teams to optimize SAP modules for manufacturing operations.
Pre Requisites
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience managing SAP projects (implementation, upgrade, or module integration).
- Demonstrated ability to prepare project plans, manage timelines, and ensure quality deliverables.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
- Current Managers and Assistant Managers with relevant SAP experience are encouraged to apply.
