Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Brand Manager to lead the development, implementation, and management of our brand strategies across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, marketing, and consumer behavior with a proven track record of building and growing successful brands. This role is pivotal in shaping the brand’s perception, driving customer engagement, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of brand initiatives across digital, traditional, and retail channels.
  • Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to inform brand direction and positioning.
  • Oversee the creation and production of marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in voice, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Manage budgets for brand campaigns and initiatives, ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and KPIs, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Partner with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand alignment across the organization.
  • Mentor and guide junior brand and marketing team members.
  • Lead external agency relationships including creative, media, and PR partners.
  • Represent the brand at key industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in FMCG, or a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proven experience with brand strategy, positioning, and campaign execution.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to innovate while staying within brand guidelines.
