Our client, a reputed UK-based healthcare services company operating a growing offshore BPO center in Sri Lanka, is seeking Senior Customer Care Executives with strong sales and communication skills to join their dynamic team.
This role offers a great opportunity for individuals with prior BPO or healthcare sector experience who are confident, client-focused, and fluent in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communications with UK-based healthcare clients and patients.
- Manage healthcare-related administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional service, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to service standards.
- Support business development efforts through cross-selling and upselling healthcare services.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records in line with compliance standards.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Pre Requisites
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare administration, customer service, or BPO (preferably in the healthcare domain).
- Strong sales background with proven ability to handle international clients.
- Excellent English communication skills with a neutral or UK-accent-friendly tone.
- Qualification in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent (Diploma, HND, or Bachelor’s preferred).
- Must be willing to work onsite and flexible with UK business hours (UK shift schedule).
- Professional, confident, and able to manage client interactions with empathy and accuracy.
