WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Optimize Workflow – Streamline operational processes and support recruitment delivery through effective planning and coordination.
  • Analyze Data – Track KPIs, prepare performance dashboards, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Support Strategic Growth – Assist leadership in process improvement, performance tracking, and business operations analysis.
  • Lead & Collaborate – Guide junior team members while working closely with recruiters, clients, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure Compliance – Maintain accurate documentation, monitor team performance, and support operational alignment across functions.

Pre Requisites

YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF:

  • You hold a BSC in HR, Business Management, Administration or relevant.
  • You’re CIMA partially or fully qualified, ideally with exposure to HR or business operations.
  • You have 3–5 years’ experience in business operations, HR coordination, project management, or data analytics.
  • You are highly proficient in Excel and comfortable using analytical tools to assess performance and streamline processes.
  • You’re detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities with efficiency.
  • You possess strong team leadership skills and enjoy guiding others while driving excellence.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about making operations smarter and more strategic.
