RESPONSIBILITIES :
You will be working closely with the Operations Lead and Director of Recruitment to comprehensively understand client requirements and adopt diverse strategic approaches to fulfill the recruitment cycle.
Talent Acquisition Strategies:
- Develop and execute customized talent acquisition strategies for each search assignment, ensuring a comprehensive approach to candidate sourcing.
- Leverage your expertise to reach highly sought-after candidates through both traditional and innovative methods.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Manage the negotiation process between clients and candidates, ensuring alignment on compensation, benefits, and other terms.
- Facilitate a smooth transition for the selected candidate into their new role.
Job Analysis & JD Drafting:
- Collaborate with Operations Lead to thoroughly understand the job descriptions, required skills, qualifications, and desired traits for the high-demand positions they need to fill.
Talent Assessment:
- Conduct thorough assessments of candidates, including structured interviews and evaluations against client criteria.
- Present detailed candidate profiles to the Operations Lead and Director of Recruitment for review.
Client Presentation:
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients, providing detailed candidate profiles, assessments, and recommendations.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Manage the negotiation process between clients and candidates, ensuring alignment on compensation, benefits, and other terms.
- Facilitate a smooth transition for the selected candidate into their new role.
