Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager – International Marketing to lead and expand our global marketing efforts in the tyre industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of international markets, brand positioning, product marketing, and channel development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tyre market dynamics across key regions and the ability to execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Marketing Strategy:
  • Develop and implement international marketing strategies to drive growth, brand awareness, and market share in target regions.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and customer insights in each geography.
  • Product Positioning & Launch:
  • Collaborate with product development and R&D to position new tyre products effectively in global markets. Lead product launches, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
  • Brand Management:
  • Ensure consistent global brand messaging and positioning across all regions. Lead campaigns to elevate brand visibility in key markets.
  • Channel & Dealer Marketing:
  • Support regional sales teams and distributors with co-branded marketing programs, training materials, and promotional support.
  • Digital & Trade Marketing:
  • Drive digital marketing efforts, including content creation, website localization, SEO/SEM, social media strategy, and regional advertising. Plan and manage international trade shows, events, and exhibitions.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor a team of regional marketing professionals or coordinate with country-specific marketing managers/agencies.
  • Budget Management:
  • Develop and control the international marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spend with strong ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Sales, Product Development, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to ensure alignment on business objectives and customer needs.

Key Requirements:

  • Education:
  • MBA in Marketing / International Business or equivalent.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 10 + years of experience in international marketing within the tyre industry
  • Proven track record of launching and promoting products in multiple geographies.
  • Strong understanding of regional regulatory requirements and customer preferences.
