Candidate Profile
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, International Relations, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree or professional certification in immigration law or compliance is an added advantage.
Experience:
- 8–10 years of experience in visa processing, immigration compliance, or government liaison functions.
- Experience in multinational organizations or roles with significant international travel is preferred.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan immigration laws, visa categories, and regulatory procedures.
- Understanding of diplomatic protocols and government processes.
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Sinhala or Tamil is advantageous for local coordination.
