Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Supply Chain to spearhead the transformation of our client’s supply chain into a fully professional, cost-optimized, and efficient function. The role will focus on building strategic procurement capabilities, modernizing inventory and stores management and driving the implementation of the new ERP system across 30+ outlets in 4 locations. This position is central to enhancing profitability by reducing wastage, ensuring compliance and establishing best-in-class practices in procurement and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement Transformation & Vendor Management

  • Lead the shift from transactional buying to strategic procurement.
  • Establish procurement policies, vendor evaluation frameworks, and contract management practices.
  • Deliver cost savings through bulk buying, structured negotiations, long-term contracts, and alternative sourcing strategies.
  • Monitor supplier performance using KPIs such as pricing, quality, delivery timelines, and service levels.

2. Stores & Inventory Management

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Stores Manager, enabling a high-performing and professional stores function.
  • Standardize inventory practices with strong focus on FIFO, hygiene, and safety across all outlets and central stores.
  • Eliminate manual record-keeping by introducing ERP-driven requisition and tracking processes.
  • Minimize wastage, leakages, and variances through structured stock controls.
  • Build capability of the stores team via training, coaching, and process improvements.

3. ERP Implementation & Digitization

  • Serve as the business lead for Bluelotus360 ERP rollout across all outlets.
  • Collaborate with culinary, procurement, and stores teams to fast-track implementation across 30 outlets in 4 key locations.
  • Ensure full integration of procurement, inventory, recipes, and outlet operations within the ERP.
  • Drive change management, ensuring user adoption and system compliance.
  • Develop ERP-based dashboards to track food cost, wastage, supplier efficiency, and recipe adherence in real time.

4. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build strong relationships with the CEO, Business Unit Leaders, Culinary, IT, Finance, and Marketing teams.
  • Support and mentor the Stores Manager with both leadership and technical expertise.
  • Instill a culture of accountability, cost-consciousness, and professionalism across procurement and stores.
  • Demonstrate structured problem-solving and disciplined execution as a role model for the wider team.

Pre Requisites

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related discipline (MBA/professional certifications preferred).
  • 8–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with strong expertise in procurement and exposure to stores/warehouse management.
  • Proven success in ERP implementation and digital transformation of supply chains.
  • Prior experience in F&B, QSR, or related industries will be highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated achievements in vendor management, cost optimization and operational excellence.
